Constructed from a heavy-gauge powder-coated steel enclosure with a cam-lock security door, this distribution box provides a clean, organised, and fully protected termination point for up to 96 SC single-mode or multimode fibre connections.
The door opens wide for easy access, revealing a well-partitioned interior with a dedicated splice section, adapter panel column, cable routing brackets, and pigtail storage area, all visible in the product image.
Key Features & Technical Highlights
The unit houses eight 12-core ABS splice trays, each maintaining the required minimum bend radius for safe fibre handling. The SC adapter panel accommodates 96 SC/UPC simplex adapters in a clearly labelled, column-mounted arrangement, enabling fast identification and patch-cord management. Multiple cable entry knockouts at the top and bottom of the enclosure allow clean ingress of feeder cables, drop cables, and patch cords without compromising enclosure integrity.
The interior cable guides and pigtail holders prevent tangling and maintain safe bend radii throughout the enclosure — a critical requirement for low-insertion-loss fibre plant.
