1. M-Pesa Payments
We accept payments via M-Pesa using the following details:

After making payment, please share the M-Pesa confirmation message with our team so we can process your order promptly.
2. Payment on Delivery (Nairobi)
We offer Payment on Delivery (POD) within selected areas.
Important notes:
- For doorstep deliveries, delivery personnel are not allowed to enter residential houses.
- Deliveries to office environments are allowed.
- In both cases, the delivery personnel will wait until payment is confirmed by our accounts team before handing over the item.
This process ensures safe and verified transactions for both the customer and our delivery staff.
3. Credit Payments
Credit purchases may be accepted under strict special arrangements and typically apply to:
- Approved partners
Credit terms must be pre-approved by our accounts team before any order is dispatched.
4. Secure Courier Verification Option
(For customers outside Nairobi or where doorstep delivery is not possible)
Customers can safely purchase products by requesting us to present the item to a cargo consolidator, courier or bus company office for inspection before payment.
This option is commonly used for deliveries along distant towns & cities such as Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Thika, Meru, Migori, Kericho, Eldoret, Kitale, Kisii, Kakamega, Nyeri, Namanga, Murang’a, Kampala, Limuru, Naivasha, Narok, Arusha, Juba, Hargeisa, Kismayo, Mogadishu .
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 – Choose Your Delivery Company
Select your preferred bus company or package delivery company that operates on your route.
Step 2 – Order Confirmation
Confirm your order with us and we will take the item to the Nairobi office of the delivery company you selected.
Step 3 – Item Verification
Contact the package handling staff at that office and request them to confirm the item on your behalf.
Step 4 – Make Payment
Once you confirm the item is correct:
- Pay the product amount via M-Pesa
- Include KES 100 dispatch handling fee for delivery to the courier’s office.
Important:
The item will be securely packaged only after payment is confirmed.
Step 5 – Pay the Bus/Courier Delivery Fee
Bus companies typically charge approximately KES 300 to deliver small sized packages and envelopes to distant routes. Cross-border shipping rates are much higher. Shipping fee is paid directly to the transport company, not to Instant Device.
5. Payment Confirmation
Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received by our accounts team. Processing times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Delivery method selected
- Payment verification time
